In light of overwhelming run of companies for conformance to quality standards, processes, one often may not get an opportunity to challenge and bring in the change – rather than just work for conformance. Herewith, PMI-PCC brings in an opportunity through ‘KNOWLEDGE CLUSTERS’ to each of you to bring a topic and share your views to question / debate and help improving the processes and for better day-to-day problems of project management.
We intend to
- Promote the profession of Project Management
- Provide education, training, research and consultancy in all facets of generic Project Management
Clusters are arrangements for dialogue and discussion in the Project Management community. These focus on the joint needs of professionals interested in project management and professionals practicing project management. Through these Clusters, representatives from various organizations share their ideas, knowledge, experience, and resources, and discuss challenges and solutions. Such discussions benefit from the knowledge each member brings to the collective and create opportunities for valuable synergies.
Three of Hyderabad’s reputed organizations have registered their Clusters with PMI-PCC, and have started getting benefitted from these discussions.
