The Big Fight
About Big
Fight:
Most of the organizations have been facing
challenges in building or recruiting quality
Project Managers. It is very essential and critical
to have the right project managers to deliver
quality services to the customers and to achieve
customer & associate delight. Traditionally
Project management profession has been considered
as the job of very experienced or senior managers.
Is this a myth or reality? Todays Entry level
associates are future project managers.
The
Debate here is Does
the Project
Management competency
Building for Entry Level Associates (Fresher)
add Value or Burden to the Organization?
Do you think Project Management competency
building is essential for even Entry Level Associates?
Is this burden or value addition to the associates
and organization?
Can Entry Level Associates consider each
task/job given to them as tiny project and follow
the project management principles like Planning,
Executing, Monitoring, Controlling and Closing?
(E.g: Conducting reviews of a component/item)
