A SURESH CHANDRA ( President)

"Suresh Chandra is a Management Graduate and PMP with over 20 years of experience in setting up and managing infrastructure facilities. He has multi industry experience in Project/Program Management and Operations and involved in setting up and managing IT & ITES facilities for MNCs viz Baan, UBS etc in Hyderabad.

He was Director Projects & Operations at Indian School of Business.

Suresh is one of the founding members of Pearl City Chapter and actively involved in providing strategic and operational stability to the chapter. At present he is the President of the Chapter and earlier served as Vice President, Secretary General and Treasurer. Suresh is one of the volunteer leaders from India to Graduate in Leadership Masters’ course from PMI’s Leadership Institute.

He is quite passionate about serving as volunteer leader. Besides serving PMIPCC he is actively involved in nation building activity through a not for profit organization."

Srinivas Kopparapu (Vice-President)

Srinivas is a professional with 22 years of experience in industry and academy. He has consulted for 14 years in Australia serving many reputed organizations

He was also a visiting faculty at various Australian Universities

He has been part of the Sponsorship Track of SLCB conference held recently

He is experienced in Procurement Management. He is a Faculty of PMIPCC

He is one of the volunteer leaders from India to Graduate in Leadership Masters’ course from PMI’s Leadership Institute.

He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP),Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Microsoft & Sun Java Professional as well

Srinivas enjoys Project Management Practices and is the current serving Vice President of PMIPCC, and has served in the capacity of Treasurer during the last term.

RAVI VURAKARANAM (Secretary General)

Ravi has experience working in various industrial domains for the past 18 years. Started his career in Steel making project. Was associated with Steel industry for 9 years and then moved on to work with Baan an ERP product company for 7 years. He is presently working with Invensys as a Project Manager.

He has completed his engineering from NIT Surat. Is a certified PMP, CPIM and has also recently completed a Post Graduate diploma program from XLRI.

He is passionate about Project Management as a profession. Has submitted papers in couple of Project Management conferences.

Feels that voluntary work should be a part of once life. Has been serving the chapter for the last two years. Has played an important role in SLCB conference and is a regular faculty member for the ongoing PMBOK sessions.

He is fond of Swimming and any topic related to Macro Economics.

MAHESH GADDI (Executive Board Member)

Mahesh has worked in IT Industry for 12 years serving Multinational organizations in the areas of ERP & Extended ERP solutions like CRM , SRM and SCM domains. He is presently heading the PMI PCC Academy and is very passionate about Project Management and excels in designing and delivering Trainings

He is a visiting faculty at various PMIPCC trainings and workshops He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified SAMPI A CMMi Level 5 Auditor Certified Software Quality Professional from CSTDC, ECIL. Certified Sun Java Professional as well Mahesh has set up and directed PMO Office, SEPG ,Internal Infrastructure, Training and Education Services departments for several years at SSA Global He is vastly experienced in Project Management Practices has hands on experience in handling projects in the areas of ERP application development, Technology development, CRM and SCM Projects and also Process Development Projects.

He has authored a prize winning paper on “A Team software Process [TSP] using the Power of MSProject and the Flexibility of Excel” at PMI-PCC Pearl City chapter – 2003.

Mahesh is currently working as Senior Manager for Application Management Services , Infor and is responsible for managing and interacting with customers in Contract Reviews, Defining SLA’s and ensuring quality on Delivery of Services as per the SLA’s

SUDHINDRA NATH NEELA (Executive Board Member)

Sudhindranath Neela has worked in Industry for 20 years serving Multinational organizations in the areas of Manufacturing, Health Care, Travel & Logisitcs, Telecom, Financial Service domains.

Holds BE in mechanical Engineering, MBA in Operations & MIS and Mphil in Management.

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2004 and also did few courses in Advance Project Management from Stanford University, USA

Is presently with the PMIPCC since 2006 as volunteer and Board Member and is very passionate about Project Management and has been in project management space since 1996

Is vastly experienced in Project Management Practices has hands on experience in handling projects in the areas of Oracle & ERP Projects.

Currently working as Group Delivery Manager for Deloitte Consulting and is responsible for end to end delivery in Oracle ERP Technical Solutions.

Arun Kiran. Ponnekanti (Executive Board Member)

Arun Kiran has worked in Industry for 10 years serving Multinational organizations in the areas of CRM domain.

Is presently Executive Board Member of PMIPCC. and is very passionate about Project Management and excels in Volunteer Management.

Is a visiting faculty at various PMIPCC trainings and workshops.

Is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Is currently working as Project Manager with Infosys Technologies Ltd. and is responsible for Operations Management with in his cluster. And currently handling an account in SAPCRM. Prior to Infosys he worked with ADP managing a technical support team for a CRM product for Automotive Dealers in the USA. He was with ADP close to 6 years. He was a part of many organization initiatives at ADP.

He is a part of PMIPCC since Sep 2005 and contributing his voluntary services in all major initiatives taken by PMIPCC. He was the Track lead for Communication and Branding track for Gyan Lahari 2007, which was held at Infosys, Hyderabad. He is a key volunteer in organizing the regular PMIPCC Network meetings.

Phalguna K Ramaraju, PMP (Executive Board Member)

Phalguna Ramaraju has served the IT industry with overall experience of 22 years, serving multinational organizations in the areas of ERP, CRM, SRM.

He is presently an executive committee member on the PMIPCC board, and is very passionate about Project Management and excels in motivating prospect PMPs and Volunteer Mgt.

Phalguna is a visiting faculty at various PMIPCC trainings and workshops. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has varied industry experience.

worked with Mahindra’s for over 10 years worked with Baan, Hyderabad for over 2 years. Onsite consulting experience in US on ERP products for over 4 years Worked with ADP for over 4 years, heading R&D efforts for its Dealer Services division’s flagship product – w.e.b.CRM

He has a flair for technology, combined with management skills He is currently working as managing director for CVM Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and is responsible for its offshore operations in Hyderabad, India.

Phalguna is vastly experienced in technologies and management, with focus on Project Management Practices. He has hands-on experience in handling large scale software projects which are primarily in the areas of standard software product development & customizations.

Phalguna is very much passionate in contributing for promotion of Project Management awareness and driving business results with operational efficiency in projects, processes, products and people with proper planning.

His hobbies include playing Chess and country side photography.

UdayaBharathi Shrivastava (Executive Board Member)

Udaya has worked in Industry for 12 years serving Multinational organizations in the areas of Industrial Automation domain and is very passionate about Project Management and excels in Quality is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP),

vastly experienced in Project Management Practices has hands on experience in handling projects in the areas of real-time software systems development

Is currently working as Manager – IDC Project Management Group for Invensys Development Centre and is responsible for directing the efforts of all IDC based project managers in driving many of geographically dispersed projects IS very much passionate about board games and movies

SRINIVASU CHOWTA (Executive Board Member)

Srinivasu Chowta, presently working with Oracle India, has about 15 years of experience in IT Industry. He worked with pioneers of IT industry - CMC Limited and Tata Consultancy services prior to joining Oracle India.

He is a certified Project Management ProfessionalHe has worked in CMC & TCS in different capactities including Development Manager and participated in various organization Quality/SEPG initiatives. He is experienced in project management practices, with hands on experience in Oracle/Java Technologies, in the domain of Terminal Operations and ERP -HRMS.

He is presently acting as Executive Board Member, and working for ‘Project Management Center’ & ‘Volunteer Management’ Portfolios of PMIPCC. He conceptualized ‘Energy Centers’ – targeted to give an opportunity, support and recognizition to passionate volunteer members of PMIPCC.

Polepalle Sathya Venkatesh (Executive Board Member)

Polepalle Sathya Venkatesh has worked in varied industries & sectors and having a 16 plus years experience serving Government & Multinational organizations in the areas of Construction, Design, ERP & PLM domains.

Is presently Executive Board Member with the PMIPCC and is very passionate about Project Management and excels in Quality / Trainings / Volunteer Activities / Networking is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP),

Is vastly experienced in Project Management Practices and has hands on experience in handling projects in the areas of Construction, Product Development, Consulting, Customer Services.

Is currently working as Program Manager with TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) and is responsible for managing and delivery of a Product Development program

RAGHUVEER GADIRAJU (Executive Board Member)

JNTU Anantapur (82-86): Voluteered in several NSS activities and other college programs; BARC (87): Conducted Chess Tournaments etc. for Officer Trainees; Nuclear Fuel Complex (88-98): was active in Officers' association; Was Secretary (1995-97) for Owners Association of Tirumala Apartments, St. # 9, Tarnaka, Hyderabad; During my abroad stay at Tokyo (2000-2002), was actively volunteered during NRI meetings.

AMITHKUMAR MIKKILINENI (Executive Board Member)

Amith Kumar Mikkilineni is a Project Manager presently working with Cognizant Technology Solutions having about 10 years of experience most of which has been in development & maintenance of medium and large scale projects in Information Technology. His project experience involves several domains including Media, Manufacturing, Retail and Banking.

Prior to joining Cognizant, he has worked for customers like Deutsche Bank in Singapore and was part of developing and maintaining their banking applications for the Asia-pacific region. Amith has started his career in the IT division of Eenadu group of companies where he was responsible for managing their Distribution, Financial and Inventory based applications.

Amith is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI and also a Microsoft Certified Application Developer. He has been known for his people-oriented practices in management & leadership and has received accolades in these areas.

Amith is a member of PMI & PCC for over 2 years and has been a regular participant in PMIPCC network meetings. He has actively participated in the PMI’s Item writing event conducted in the month of Feb’ 09.
