| Program Overview:
The Centre for Organization Development (COD) with its vast
experience of 28 years in conducting executive development
programmes for various corporate organizations has pleasure
to conduct the 17th programme on ‘Project Management’
in association with the Project Management Institute Pearl
City Chapter (PMIPCC), Hyderabad
Participant Profile:
The participants should have three years of experience in project
execution of any domain in IT industry or R&D with full
commitment to participate in the complete programme, involving,
(a) 35 hours of classroom learning; and (b) assignments and
preparation over a period of four weeks
Unique Features
of the Programme
- The programme involves
35 hours of direct learning, assignments and case studies
- Access to Library for
reference books
- A set of 120 questions
will be provided to the participants at the end of fourth
week
- The week will start with
assignment feedback to review the past week’s learning.
- Professionals who have
already cleared PMP examination will share their experiences,
guide the participants and will also give some valuable
tips on how to prepare for the examination.
- All participants
will be awarded a certificate for 35 hours of educational
credit required for appearing for PMP® / CAPM® examination
offered by Project Management Institute, USA.

on Project Management, PM Process groups, and Project Scope
Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management
and Project Quality Management Project HR and Communication
Management, Project Risk Management. Project Procurement Management,
Project Integration Management and Professional Responsibility
